American Society for Bone and Mineral Research 2024
The Whitlock Lab is heading to Toronto for this year’s ASBMR Meeting! Come learn more about our osteoclast projects and grab a tiki bev.!
Tiki Tuesday
Drop by the Pinn Hall to imbibe in this month’s Tiki Tuesday! The last Tuesday each month, the Whitlock lab showcases an exceptional rum in an exotic, spirit forward cocktail. Spirit free options will be readily available, and all are encouraged to come share in community. This month, we will be showcasing Probitas - a lightly aged blend from the iconic Foursquare (Barbados) and Hampden Estate (Jamaica) distilleries, typical of the more flavorful rum varieties common to the 1930s. Probitas will be featured in a classic daiquiri - Rum, Simple, Lime. Aloha shirts are encouraged!
The Whitlock Lab Begins
We are excited to officially begin operations this September at University of Virginia’s School of Medicine in in partnership with the Department of Molecular Physiology and Biological Physics and the Department of Cell Biology!
